Change of Mind (Cancellation)
We pride ourselves on dispatching orders within 48 hours - and usually quicker! If we haven't processed your order yet though, we'll cancel the order and refund any charge. Please e-mail or ring us as soon as you can.
We will accept returns up to fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase. Returns must be unopened and in the condition in which they were dispatched. We cannot accept cancellation returns where shrink-wrap or other original seals have been broken.
The total bill (including outgoing shipping) will be refunded, but we cannot pay for return postage.
